{"id":137,"date":"2024-03-19T07:16:26","date_gmt":"2024-03-19T06:16:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ona.deothemes.com\/?p=103"},"modified":"2025-07-01T18:47:09","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T16:47:09","slug":"eventosacyr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hrscout.es\/en\/eventosacyr\/","title":{"rendered":"At Sacyr with the Civil Guard University Center"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Once again, we had the opportunity to participate in the <strong>Master\u2019s in People Management and Talent Development at the Guardia Civil University Center<\/strong>.\nOnce more, <strong>SACYR<\/strong> kindly hosted us at their headquarters for a session dedicated to information management in people management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">We learned about the company\u2019s efforts to create a single information repository and the development of dashboards that allow decentralized access to the information needed. Several highly innovative initiatives were presented, such as <strong>Sacyr MyExperience<\/strong>, a project that provides a global view of the employee as well as advanced management of their document archive; <strong>Sacyr TeEscucha<\/strong>, a fantastic project aimed at assessing the employee experience; and the application of segmentation algorithms to talent management in order to gain deeper insights into our employees.\nThank you to <strong>Eva Merino, C\u00e9sar Sacrist\u00e1n, Irene Iturzaeta Ichaso, Paula Adriana Garc\u00eda Chao, and Miguel \u00c1ngel Rodr\u00edguez Molina<\/strong> for giving us the opportunity to learn about all these advancements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Juli\u00e1n G\u00f3mez Cuadrado from Analyticae Data Mining S.L.<\/strong> spoke to us about all the value that incorporating LLMs can bring to people management, sharing practical examples of how to optimize the information we have about our employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Crist\u00f3bal Rodr\u00edguez Fraile from HRscout<\/strong> spoke about how Organizational Network Analysis is providing companies with a different perspective on their work dynamics and their talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fantastic day that we hope to repeat next year.
