Today, our CEO, Cristóbal Rodríguez, had the pleasure of collaborating with Sagardoy Business & Law School, delivering a masterclass on how data analytics can help us manage diversity within our organizations.
The information we have about our employees is vast, varied, and it is very complex to gain a global understanding of our workforce and what truly makes each person unique. During the masterclass, it was demonstrated how, by using analytical techniques, we can achieve greater insight that allows us to manage employees in a much more personalized, strategic, and optimized way.
